We had a simple dinner of lentils with vegetables over quinoa.
No pictures -- we ate too fast.
I'm sleepy, but happy.
Edited to add: I wanted to mention that I have been posting ouir main meal by Linda's suggestion. She commented that a lot of people would ave no idea what to eat if they couldn't have grains at all. Eventually I hope to include recipes and explanations. But I am not feeling well right now, so that part will have to wait.

Oh, My!!! I haven't had breakfast yet, and I think my yogurt, raisins, walnuts & maple syrup with toast will be pale in comparison to the offerings you have here.
ReplyDeleteWhen you also post recipes-and share the do-able ways you make it all happen-you will have performed aa great service that can/should be expanded upon.
Bob brought me a great cookbook from Texas- Frida's Kitchen....which is more about how the food was an integrated element and even expression of the life of Frida Kahlo. Pictures, recipes, stories- such as what could be very valuable to some co-op shoppers and health food store shoppers.
You have wonderful food photos....and the famly ones....I am transfixed.
Great entries.
