Joy to the worldThe sun's return
Let earth recieve his light
Let every heart prepare for spring
and bird and beast rejoice!
Dark Ruled the earth and death has reigned
but on the wheel does spin
From out the womb of night
is birthed the infant light
The sun has come again!
