Those are MR and Mrs Robin's babies, born on Solstice day right by our front door!
Sammy squirrel has been after them all morning and Dad Robin is sitting nearby making threatening, angry cries while Mamma Robin is reluctant to leave the nest to feed them. :(
Wow, baby birds are ugly! Of course they would say the same things about our children. If they could talk. And they had brains bigger than a pea. And they could take the time off their busy schedule of pooping on everything.
